The EmpowerHer project targets a crucial and often overlooked aspect of breast cancer recovery: the post-treatment phase, where survivors face a multitude of challenges that can significantly impact their physical and emotional well-being.
EmpowerHer aims to fill this gap by providing a supportive environment that champions physical activity as a pivotal component of the post-treatment phase.The project recognizes that while the battle against cancer may have been won, the journey towards holistic health and well-being is ongoing.
